Suggested Uses

• Diffuse Oregano at home to create a comforting environment while cleansing the air of odors.
• Add Oregano to carrier oil and massage it into fatigued muscles after activity.
• Add Oregano in small amounts by touching a toothpick to the oil and then touching the toothpick to your various dishes for extra flavoring, particularly in Mexican and Mediterranean dishes.
• Put 1 drop of Oregano Vitality and 1 drop Coconut Oil in a veggie capsule and take it as a dietary supplement daily to help support a healthy immune system.*
• Add a drop of Oregano to a green smoothie to help cleanse the digestive system.

Application:

• Topically: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of carrier oil. Test on a small area of skin on the underside of the arm and apply to desired area as needed.
